"First off I want to star by saying I live approx. 3.5 hr drive time from performance east. I have a local can am, polaris dealer approx 10 mins. from my house. I was in the market for a new can am and called Travis. I was blown away by the deal I got. The entire deal went smoother than any other purchase I have made. They went the extra mile to talk with me and made me feel like I was the only customer they had, and I will add I think they sold 4 other quads that day while I was there. After picking up my quad there service did not stop. there service dept is top notch. I even had a problem with my quad one weekend while riding near performance east and I was able to drop my quad off at the end of my trip on a sunday when the dealer was closed just to help me out. All in all I can say that this group of guys have bent over backwards to make me a lifetime customer. Since the purchase of my bike I have sent 6 others from my area to buy quads from them.
